This is the strange red tube of unidentified stuff I bought a while ago. I opened it last night to put some in my stir-fry noodles.. it was pretty good, so I put more in tonight. I think it’s a black bean paste of some sort.. it’s certainly pretty black, and there’s beans in it. Anyone can identify?

I can’t decipher the Chinese, but the second to last character is the same as the Kanji for “bean”.
